From the moment I entered , it was apparent that upkeep was not a priority at this venue. The ground was covered in grime , and a foul smell of uncleaned spills and uncleaned toilets polluted the entire venue . With a smell of a mixture of urine , decay and illness . The serving zone , which should be the main attraction of any pub, was overflowing with soiled cups and litter that looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages . The toilet was in even a truly awful state— backed up, with a shattered handle and walls covered in what I can only assume was fecal matter .
It wasn’t just a single bad experience either. Many customers have reported witnessing insects darting across the drink station and evidence of rodent infestations in the bar and house area . For a business that caters to patrons, these issues are completely unacceptable and raise serious concerns about the sanitation of the food and drinks .
